All prices on Reefstock is inkl 25% moms.
Prices can be changed because of vat, valuechanges or other things that out of our control.
Payment

Delivery
Reefstock.se use mostly DHL Service Point for delivery of package. For more information about this either see on page Delivery/Delivercost http://www.servicepoint.se.
Deliverytime
Normal deliverytime is 3-5 days if the goods is in stock or in 10-20 workingdays is in stock at the supplier. At long deliverytime we contact always the customer about time of delivery. This will be done as soon as we know the deliverytime from the supplier. Part of delivery is only if the customer ask for that and it will be a extra delivery cost for the customer. The customer is not in title to comepensation for direkt or indirect damage that the customer suffer from because the delivery come later that we promised.
Information
We reserve ourself from misprints, wrong in the information, also wrong in specifikation, on all our sortiment articles and services. All pictureinformation on our pages should be seen like illustration, and we cant guarantee that pictures mirror the exact look of the goods. If you younger that 18 year your guardian must order.
Withdrawal
Recorded to the distance contracts law you have like customer right to regret your buy in 14 days from when you received the order. The goods should be unused and undamaged in orginalpackage. We pay back 80 % of the value of the goods not delivery and expeditionfee. Send the goods in postpackage and write what account you want the money to. Dont forget the banks clearnumber. Refund is made in 30 days. Contact always us when you send something back. We dont take out package without make agreement before and we dont take out with cash on delivery.
Returns
With all returns you must take contact with info@reefstock.se before you return. This is all returns also garanteecases, packagereturns and also wrong goods delivered. We dont take returns that isnt accepted by us All goods should be return unused and in orginalpackage. We don’t take out return by cash on delivery or afterdemand. Delivery I combination with changes or returns should be payed by customers.
Complaints
At acceptedd complaint customer stand for the delivery to us and we stand for returndelivery to you. At all complaints always a copy of receipt be attached. Compensation for installation and other cost we dont pay for. At complaints you must contact info@reefstock.se.
Transportationdamage
If you see that the package is damaged when you received it you should let the transportationscompany directly and mage damagereport. We are not responsible for transportatonsdamages.
Guarantee
Guarantee is for 12 months for material or manufacturing defects, if not other is notified. Consumables like light tubes, lamps is not included in guarantee.
Uncollected package
When goods isnt collected in the timeframe and if the transportationcompany send it return to us, we take the right to make invoice for you on the real deliverycost and also a administrationfee om 300 SEK inkluced moms.
At dispute
In cases at dispute we have policy to follow General Complaints Board recommendation.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect the agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which prevent us from keeping the said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for our release from our obligations to fulfil the said agreement
